Lance.
The coin currently resides in a PCGS EF40 holder. While the cental strike is not strong, accounting for some of the percieved "wear", and the luster is sufficient for the grade, I would still be more inclined to call this one a 35. Not that I feel it is neccessarily over-graded, but for the grade, it is not an A coin. Of course I ddin't pay A coin money anyway, I bought it for 35 money ... what I thought it was worth.
As an interesting comparison, the 1838 I posted yesterday and this one show only a 5 point grading spread in their respective holders ... but as I commented via PM to one member, they are 10 points apart IMO.
Thanks again!

Todd,
Guess I missed the other coin, sorry about that.
Nice Reduced Size CBQ, one of my favorite coins.
As nice as any XF 40 I have seen and holds claims
to an XF 45 grade as well.

This series remains a challenge to grade as well as find nice examples. You are doing very well so far
