    Typical dollar down, metals up kind of day

    Treasury Sec. and CTFC commissioner both called on the carpet in separate congressional committee hearings: Libor (interest rate) manipulation for Turbo Timmy and PFG account holder theft for Gensler. Both were expected to protect taxpayers and account holders, both failed.

    Earliest I expect QE announcement is Jackson Hole meeting in August.

    I personally think there will be no QE3 next week but for the people who think there is not big profit coming in silver you will get left out. Stack when you can.

    Its coming. QE's timing will factor in how to best pump up the equities market during September. That is when many finally start thinking about the November election.

    The Dear Leader needs even a short term market bounce to help the media wing of his party claim a recovery.
