Don't you think a call where a cs rep could, perhaps, walk you through the process and actually identify the problem so that it could be passed along to IT to correct would be more useful than a whiny post here? If you've already done this, and are only using this public shaming as your last resort then please accept my apologies in advance.

perhaps make your title more specific so others don't have to click on it just to see what your message is

I agree this should be a call to CS.

With NO response to emails to CS department for over a month,
and my hearing impairment prohibiting phone calls.
Thought I would try the forum.

Edited to add CS in title

Larry, I've been frustrated too, with email to CS.

Try writing directly to Bailey Varness at BVarness@collectors.com. She is very capable and good at answering email.

A month? If possible can you forward me those emails? I'm not sure how a months’ worth of emails can just go unnoticed.

Regarding your website problem: email me direct if you can't call.

I contacted Chris at CS via email.
He was able to correct the problem.
Went back to renew gold membership and all is well again.

Good to hear you are on the right path again image

Chris is a good egg image

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
