Could this 1929-D Buffalo could...go...all...of....the...way! Any chance?

Slabbed in an OGH at MS66, this 29-D has been hiding out in my bank SDB. Maybe I should have this one regraded.
What do you think? Would like some opinions from the resident Buffalo experts. I have no doubt this is one of the finest 66's out there, if not the finest, and if you compare it to the lonely 67, this coin has the potential to join it at the top.
Compared to this 1929-D in MS66+, I'd say a plus is a no-brainer

achieving a 67 grade. And this logic is not based on the coin so much but rather the current pops and variability in grading.
The problem with comparing one's own coin against another specimen is that we don't know the particulars on how that other coin achieved its grade.
What cycle of the market was it sent in, who sent it in, what coins were sent in with it, how many times was that coin tried, etc. While we all wish grading
was so perfect that any 2 slabbed coins when compared, should always have the nicer coin in the higher holder....we know this is not the case. Based on the
fact there is only a single MS67, and dozens of 66's, and now a single 66+, it suggests that the 66+ pop will slowly be allowed to increase. But I wouldn't
bet on a 2nd MS67 any time soon unless it walks on water, has essentially a full strike, or has toning to die for. I'd have to think that PCGS holds the MS67 line
quite hard when it comes to tough, mint marked Buffs in the teens and twenties. A 66+ based on that other coin might be a no-brainer in perfect conditions.
I like the coin as well as how it compares. But grading and the "art" of coin submissions is not a perfect science.

The coin pictured actually has a better strike,IMHO,than the 66+ coin pictured in the link. Your coin, from your photo, lacks the luster
needed for a "plus" or 67 designation. If you resubmit and it does not upgrade, you lose money. It's probably worth more in the OGH.

<< <i>The first grade that popped intoi my head when I saw the pic was 64. >>
For the 29-D, the difference between a 64 and a 65 is almost always detail on the Buffalo's head. As a result this coin at least 65!
I've also come to the conclusion that my pics are pretty lousy. I've got to work on my photography skills. I'll repost better pics once I figure out how to shoot a good quality image.
