Kobe claims Team USA is better than The Dream Team!

If Lebron played on the "Dream Team" he would not come off the bench. He would probably be the 2nd best player on the team. As far as some of the 92 squad being past their prime the same can be said of Kobe. His best years are behind him and his decline will continue.

OMG, I am so weak with laughter on that one I can hardly type. The '92 Dream Team didn't just have 11 HOF'ers on the team, it had 3 of the top 5 and arguably 3 of the top 4 players of all time. AND Ewing and Robinson and Barley on top of that! Ewing and Robinson I'd take over anyone on the '12 team except LeBron. Kobe is easily one of the all time greats but I can think of ten players easy I would take over him. I would take the '92 team TODAY over the '12 team.

You can talk up LeBron all you want. Ever see MJ play? The worst thing the '12 team could do is start to score. Because A) it won't matter, they'll lose anyway, and 2) it will only make MJ and Larry mad. And then watch what happens. Especially when Magic and Sir Charles starts to keep up. There ain't no one on that team no how even on steroids that could in any way keep up with any of those three much less score on Ewing.

There is no way the '12 team beats the '92 team except on he off day when LeBron gets real hot and a few of the '92 team is all down sick or something.

Its funny, the day after Kobe made that statement when I was going to bed I was putting together the matchups in my mind. 92 all the way.
