Yes, the usual red pattern set box but with grey velvet material instead of the green usually associated with the copper and bronze sets.
I purchased this set slabbed and think they should either be freed or resubmitted as PCGS was brutal on the grades. Many times, Goetz' patterns are down-graded because the 'grader' is unaware that Goetz hand-cut the dies and hubs for these pieces. Oft times small spurs might occur in the devices or lettering and they see it as a flaw, which it isn't. All should be DCAM in my opinion but since I don't personally slab anything I guess it really doesn't matter. The main perk is that they are all of the same original set and have a beautiful peacock blue toning and original skin that tie them all together.
The grades are as follows: 2m PR64CAM 3m PR66CAM 5m PR64 10m PR66 20m PR65
The 20M reverse puzzles me. You would think that it represented the people struggling under the weight of the monarchy, but I do not think that would be an issue in 1913. I also do not think that Goetz would be committing an equivalent of treason.

If anyone is interested in further info for this set you can go here to access the album for this set or any of the others I have uploaded so far. I am currently trying to populate the needed fourteen albums for Goetz' different patterns. Some of these albums still need a little more work.
I finally made it to Germany, specifically Bavaria and I have to say that looking at things posted on this site (including specifically your Goetz items) made the history of the region more interesting to me as we drove around.
