IMO, PCGS is a little bit forgiving on early copper. Your coin, to me looks like it might slab, as a vf-30, or so, but that is only an opinion. I would soak it in acetone to get the verdigris off first though, at stars 7 and 8, and at the neck. It looks lightly cleaned, especially the reverse. If it were mine, I would hold on to it raw. It is what it is, as they say, and it's a pretty neat find.

From what I can find this appears to be a late die state that isn't all too common.
How is PCGS on grading /slabbing these(this)?
Do they allow for old cleanings or any kind of verdigris?
