A basement slabber for sure. Looking at his feedback, this guy has sold quite a few of these over the past month with no complaints--yet. ASTRORAT bought from him (presumably) for his slab collection...if he is out there, maybe he'll tell us something about the seller.

Well if anybody takes the time to read the auction description they will move on.

Wow, maybe Krause Publications would take issue with them for using Krause information to help sell there wares. Has anyone contacted Krause and send em a link ? ( yet? )
How do they set up reviews like that to almost make it appear like they're testimonials? I've purchased several Klipsch Promedia 5.1 computer stereo's for the various computers we have laying around in different places as well as for gifts ( amazing 500 watt sound that's generated an almost cult following ) and often times the sellers will have similar reviews set up but when you know what you're looking for they don't seem like they're part of the sellers organization or like a testimonial. But to the unsuspecting person(s)?
It's being used as a component of the sale that they are trying to make. No doubt about it.

The Krause info is a eBay thing when ever you list a coin and you let eBay do there catalog details of the coin from the date and selected type. I wish there was a way to turn it off as I have click the disregard button every time I do a re-list.

Actually,a convincing copyright infringement case could probably be made.
Hawkes & Son (London) Ltd v. Paramount Film Service Ltd [1934] 1 Ch 593: the Colonel Bogey case - infringement of copyright occurs when "a substantial, a vital and an essential part" of a work is copied, per Lord Slesser.
The alleged infringed-upon party,in this case,PCGS, would need to decide if the case is worth pursuing.Oftentimes,a well-worded warning suffices.

<< <i>PCGS needs to design a new holder which they posses exclusively as even the Canadian grading service ICCS was using the same. >>
Error, error, error - Will Robinson!
ICCS only uses a soft holder. CCCS uses a hard holder that is nearly identicle on the front side but much different on the reverse.

David Lawrence Rare Coins had 1C Canadian Mint Errors available about 1 1/2 years ago in ICCS PCGS type slabs...
I had a posted a pic on the forum when I saw them and am certain it was ICCS not CCCS.
