Thanks Dave. It was $950 BIT and a little over 1k with the tax. I had to pull the trigger.
Very nice!
You made a smart move pulling the trigger quick. This card would have had competition that is for sure. Your graded set is so awesome that this will go very nicely in it. A must have in my view. Congratulations I am sure you are thrilled.

It’s crazy that there are only 7 “9s” and 0 “10s” graded so far by PSA from all the cards in the set.
Pretty tough to find them in high grade. I went ahead and graded a set and there are not too many 8s outside of my set either.

I didn’t that any unmarked Andre winner stamped cards had surfaced. Post a scan! That’s a very cool card to own in any condition.. Would love to see that card. Did they make winner cards of both Andre cards or just the “in action” one?

An unaltered Andre should have at least half of his left middle finger (right side of card) showing and about a quarter of his right index finger showing (left side of card). Also bottom edge is too high up on his tassels.

It is always annoying when you see cards come right back up in PWCC auctions. The PSA 8 and PSA 9 that went off in April were both won by the same buyer. There is a Jimmy Snuka PSA 9 that this person won too that came up and I researched that one first and decided to check these and the same dude.

Beware of this trimmed Yamakatsu Andre. Left, right, and bottom are short and have been tampered with.
