I follow this forum but I have almost never posted here because, even though your darkside should be my lightside, I don't have much from outside the US (except bullion).
Though, I have now started buying some coins from my region and would like to share them here and ask for opinions since I don'tknow much.
I usually don't see many italian coins here...
This is what I posted on the PM forum as well.
One Ruspone (AU55), 1 Quattrino and 5 Cents. All from Tuscany.
Godi, Fiorenza, poi che se' sì grande
che per mare e per terra batti l'ali,
e per lo 'nferno tuo nome si spande! (Dante Alighieri)
(Take joy, O Florence, for you are so great
your wings beat over land and sea,
your fame resounds through Hell!)

Nice! I also didn't know a gold SJB existed. Were they only minted in 1824, or multiple years?

The design with SJB was used in multiple years, for the Zecchino and Ruspone.
World Collection
British Collection
German States Collection
Love that Ruspone.
