I have no "defense" for 4SC here but with oddball issues, my guess is that VCP is their bible. The employee listing the cards may have absolutely no idea that it's the wrong card. I don't think we can assume it's nefarious. The blame should be on PSA for mislabeling.
But to be selling both cards with the same grade at totally different prices, that's pretty wrong. Hopefully if a potential buyer has that kind of money and is looking for that specific card, then they would know better before buying. Stranger things have happened.
