Early Hungarian Silver NEWP - Where should I grade it?

No wear on any of the high points. All I know is 12th Century - any further ID?

Will PCGS or NGC grade it?

    PCGS probably not.

NGC probably yes if they can identify it.

These were struck by multiple rulers, so 12th Century Hungarian Denar is as good as it gets for an ID.
