Would the Scratch on this 1824 CBH Keep it from Grading?

Thanks for the comments and if graded what might be the grade assigned?

Would not grade IMO, due to scratches. Also has PVC and has been cleaned. Detail grade, 35 or 40.

Scratches are too big and right on her face so no grade.

Agree. Don't waste your time with this one.

I meant don't waste your time submitting it to get a grade since it won't happen.

Too bad about the scratch. Looks like VF30 details.

Soak it in acetone to treat the PVC. Then enjoy it raw. A coin like that I might even carry around as a pocket piece.

That one is a "no grade" with the scratches and the cleaned bright surface areas.

In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible.
