Vintage Gold Jewelry?

Hi how are you guys doing? I'm a card guy but help out who I can, I've got a friend of mine on the way over with some very very old Jewelry, when she went to a few local dealers she got a couple responses of "Any estimate you get, I will beat"... So I am under the impression she might have something fairly significant.

Is there anyone that would be able to help me out that I could send photos to or call on the phone and discuss and get a true value on these items?

I know one piece is a 14k Joker, like a little pennant piece, she also has some earnings that she told me were from the 1800's. She has a Brooch of sorts and a few different watches and other pieces.

Thanks,

Sean

Sadly, with the rise in gold - melt value would probably be a fair offer. I'm sure there are other venues to sell high end or antique pieces
where the historic value might be more but around here and without photos or makers, melt is about all I can safely estimate.

Best to seek out a professional appraisal service.... will cost, but will leave no doubt about value. Cheers, RickO
