Hmmmm, the grade. With the small images it's really hard to judge the grade. So here it goes....Luster strike = MS-66 full head. I hope I'm close. But in this case the eye appeal is over the top and I think that says more about the coin than the grade, but I'm guessing the grade is gem or better....

I check Pinnacle's site quite a bit - and recognised the coin immediately...
quite a few other posters have guessed correctly - so - I'll refrain from guessing
and just say - I love the look - and a great addition to your collection.

At best, this is a just made it full head, which is not unusual for the 30P. I would not pay strong $ for a full head coin based on this example.
