I just received a link to this Numismaster story about how the US is developing their own coin design style.
I just had to snicker since I don't see anything sugnificant with the "stuff" the Coinage Advisory Committee has approved since their inception thats anything I'd really brag about.
I mean, you can polish a poopie as much as you want but it's still going to be a poopie.

I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

Yeah, but if you have several different polished finishes, people have to buy more than one of your poopies to have a complete set.
BTW, is Dan Carr on the CCAC? He has so much to add in both minting ideas and symbolism used on coins.
