As I recall the original press release indicated they did not award + grades on 69's as a 69 is so close to a 70 that the plus would be meaningless.

Plus grades stop at XF45, i.e. XF40 and below are not eligible for plus grades. Neither are MS60-61, but that's not relevant to this post.

To me, a VG-8+ is a VG-10.

Wonder if they will ever start a (-) grade??
Why not? if you're gonna split grades, then be fair and go both ways.
An MS65- would be a tough coin to price......
