Kennedy Neck Crease? What is this called?

Here's a quick pic, sorry for the crummy pic, but it's the best I could do free hand with the kids hanging on me. Would this affect the grade?

To my knowledge it is a crease in his neck that shows on all coins, only it shows up better on Cameos.

I have 6 Kennedy's on my desk dated 1980 and before. That crease is next to impossible to see. However it is very clear on my 1996. as is the hair part Jackie Kennedy did not approve of.

Most well struck kennedy halfs show this.
As stated above it shows better on Cameo halfs.
