Kennedy Neck Crease? What is this called?

Here's a quick pic, sorry for the crummy pic, but it's the best I could do free hand with the kids hanging on me. Would this affect the grade?

To my knowledge it is a crease in his neck that shows on all coins, only it shows up better on Cameos.

Well, although I have had a bunch in the past I apparently haven't looked at them. Ask a silly question...Thanks guysimage
  • I have 6 Kennedy's on my desk dated 1980 and before. That crease is next to impossible to see. However it is very clear on my 1996. as is the hair part Jackie Kennedy did not approve of.
