Fight of the night will be the Matthysse vs Garcia fight. Rooting for Canelo but realize it's a long shot. It only takes one punch...if you can land it
It looks like the Mayweather cards are selling for a premium right now. Only 2 examples on eBay all for a really high price. Will be curious to see how the outcome of the fight affects prices and supply/demand.

One of the listings is dreaming with the price they are asking. I have to think the outcome of the fight does have a short term impact on this card though. If he loses it it will have little impact in my view and if he wins someone will want to race out and grab a copy.
I think it would be really interesting to see someone run a 99 cent auction that ends the next day and see what price it brings.
I wish I had doubles of these. I would def list them like dpeck said. A Pacquiao psa 9 recently sold at auction for a little over 500. I think the Pacquiao is definitely harder to find. The fight might bring some awareness to the card. I thought that they would start to surface in Japan once prices for the magazine reached 200 consistently.. But I haven't seen any influx of these
<< <i>The supply is pretty slim on imports from Japan for the Pacquiao. Good looking cards there! >>
Package those cards in an auction the week during the fight!

It makes so much sense to do that.. But to quote peewee Herman "the bikes not for sale Francis" I thought about trying to find replacements now so I could list them around the time of the fight but the cards are relatively hard to find and need them for the collection... As stupid as that is.... Might not be as dumb as quoting peewee Herman though
After the fight, a PSA 10 Browns Mayweather sold for $2200 on Ebay and the PWCC one is up to $2,226 with one day to go. I say it hits $3000. One card I have eyed but never pulled the trigger on over the years.

The biggest lesson I've learned in this hobby, and in life, is that if you have a strong conviction, you owe it to yourself to see it through. Don't sell yourself, or your investments, short. Unless the facts change. Then sell it all.

This seller sold this copy a few days back for $3,100. It looks to have sold again for $3,000 this time. I will be checking feedback over the next few days to see if this is a real sale.
This was wild to watch finish. Not sure if it’s a real sale or not with it being so much higher than recent copies. There was a raw sale that shows 5k and one up right now at over $1,300 in auction. Definitely going to be watching to see if this card comes back up for sale. If it’s real that’s incredible.

But I doubt it will play out how I want it to

The PSA 10 is still holding strong. There seems to be some solid demand for this card.

It looks like all of the high asking prices on EBAY worked. This card sold for $1,750.

Love seeing a copy go for $2,200.
I picked up my copy raw for $8!
Nice potential return!

It's a real sale that has been paid for. The seller who sold it was interested in my signed Floyd and we discussed this transaction.
This sale for $3,198 is legit. The seller is a good friend and it's sold and paid for. Nice to see some strong boxing card sales.
