  • I sent a $4.50 March baseball special on March 30 with "$4.50 MARCH BASEBALL SPECIAL" in bold letters in the return address above my name. It got delivered on April 3 and still hasn't been logged. I agree, this sucks.

yes. please. head for the hills.

  • I am happy to say that my 275 sub just got logged earlier. I know they are swamped especially with the special last month.

It took 11 business from when received. I honestly don't care. I trust PSA and have for 3 plus years. They are all I have, and although frustrating I know they won't let me down.

Here to a steady wait with amazing grades!!!

In the future, to expedite your post, please use the following PSA Gripe Key:

    1. Logging of my order is taking too long
    2. My order is past the estimated business days
    3. My grades are worse than I expected
    4. eBay seller XYZ gets all the preferential grades and all of their stuff is over graded
    5. PSA shipping costs are too expensive
    6. PSA shipped my order last week and it still hasn't arrived
    7. I received a mechanical error

Thank you for your cooperation . . .

Going on a month with a cello I sent in. Do cellos take longer than cards most of the time? The cards I sent in with the cello came back two weeks ago. image

I hit the #3 key a couple times this week. Your system could make things alot easier to complain.

My sub was delivered 4/2 and finally logged 4/17 (25 and 15 cards). An additional sub delivered 4/4 that has not been logged (20 cards).

Hopefully the turnaround time for them to grade will make up for it.

Packs take up to 45 bda so a month is nothing.

Going on two and a half weeks since I dropped my 1000+ card order off at the SF Tristar show and still no loggage. I understand the sentiment that you shouldn't complain and bow down to PSA but come on, when you wait for two plus weeks just to get the order logged in to start the three month clock for poppage, that's not reasonable service. I don't ever recall it being this bad.

I have significantly slowed down my submissions simply due to these delays.

    I usually send 150-200 cards a month
This past month I only sent one 29-card order

I'd be willing to submit more cards at $6 a submission if service is fast - in my mind, fast service justifies $6 or even more.
But if login time is two weeks then another 30-45 days, then I'll wait for a cheaper special.

I assume I'm not alone, and I hope PSA realizes that delays cost them money, regardless of what turnaround time is specified on the website.

I'm right here with you. Just bought a real sharp 100% raw 1960 set that has plenty of cards that could 8 and 9, but I'm going to break it 100% raw because of the recent turnaround times.
From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.

I've sent in 5 orders (2 boxes) in the last week and a half. All of them logged within 3 days of receipt...

I did write the order contents on each box, and each box did have an express order involved.
