  • I only got out a few days as im kept mega busy , notable finds were a seated dime in pretty nice condition , one or two little knocks or it would have been EF ,3 silver rosies from the 60's and 1 58 also a 1940 quarter , always nice to find big silver and it is my 2nd this year having got a 47d in change at the dollar store. Again most of the copper lincolns are in bad shape as are the nickels.I did find more modern stuff as well but too corroded to mention.

Carl1212--Welcome to the MD forum. Sounds like your off to a good start. Is the ring marked .925 or sterling on the inside?
  • No but the band is very thin and it looks almost native American it has a small green stone in it which I think is a topaz that would be great if it was a silver ring and a artifact. I'll get a pic up soon and see what you guys think either way I like it and think its a cool find anytime I unearth something that isn't junk or trash I'm excited!!!
