PCGS Coin # 509189 (2011 S ASE) More 70's than 69's !!

While looking at some S/N's on the PCGS board I noticed that they listed a POP of 7,500 MS70 FS Coins (PCGS Value of: $620)
While the MS69 FS Coins had a POP of only 6,452 (PCGS Value of $310)
Couple of questions: Is/will the 70 always be worth twice the value of the 69's??
Do you think the "total" of FS coins will go up more than 20%, that is more than 280 more coins at a 69 or 70 grade??
I know there has been a lot of talk/coverage on trying to put a "real value" on this coin but I just think it really does only have an UP to this coin!!
What say you . . . .
