Who is this sketch card of?

Is this supposed to be Cole Hamels or Chase Utley? I studied it side-by-side with profile shots of both players, and I don't have a decisive opinion.

Starting a few years ago, Topps started putting 1/1 sketch cards in some of their products. This one came out of 2009 Topps Baseball.

Agreed, but at first glance I thought it looked a little like Pete Rose.

That was my first thought. Since it's not definitely marked, it can be anyone you want it to be!

Don't know who it is supposed to be, but at first glance it looks like Pete Rose to me.

It might look a little like Pete Rose, but it's definitely Hamels. I don't believe Rose's likeness has been seen on an officially licensed card since his banishment.

I was just pointing out the similarity seen in the sketch.

Thank you everyone for the replies.

I didn't think of Pete Rose because, as has been stated, Topps is not allowed to put Rose into an MLB-licensed product.

Perhaps part of the issue was subliminal for me. I just noticed that I have a 1980 Topps Pete Rose sitting on top of one of the stacks of cards on my desk.
