I scouted out a park today

Kind of a small park and to many people around to pull out the gear but I wanted to look around for anything that sparked my interest.
After walking around I found a hole in the ground that looks like it was caused by water erosion... look inside and here is what I saw.
It looks to be an old retaining wall of some sort. Most likely when this park was built the edge of the water was at this wall.
After walking to the back of the park (away from people), I stumbled upon this surface find.
It looks like an illegal after hours camp fire with a 2004 Florida state quarter in it. I liberated the find from its encrusted tomb and went on my way. This location seems promising but always has people around. The park closes at dusk and opens at dawn... hmmm maybe a Sunday morning will find me alone at this park.

the snow just barely melted here and everything's all grey...
Any idea on the age of the park?
PCGS69, I'm not sure, I'm going to do a little research to see what I can find out.
