guys.. I need serious prayers.. a story you won't believe.

Guys, on Tuesday night my niece Michele, 30, was shot in the face and killed by her longtime boyfriend.
I believe he called his family before calling 911 because his sister made it to their house and took the kids (boys 7 and 1)
he first stated to the police that she killed herself. But then changed that to it was an accident, when they were going to test his hands
for gun residue. He was held for 2.5 days and released and was at the wake which was a one man show.. real oscar worthy stuff.
Supposedly the cops need time to build a case but it seems like they are going to drop the ball.
His family has the boys under lock and key we havent seen or heard from them, they won't answer our calls.
Now we come to learn that another sister from California ( who is satan reborn) has filed for sole custody of the oldest boy
and taken him back to cali. This women showed up at 8pm at the wake and wanted to "settle the bill" wanted to know how much we received
in donations (as if we were keeping a tally) and wanted her engagement ring back ( she was wearing it in the casket) because she said it
was her brothers to decide what happens to it. She had the balls to call it a business transaction.
we are at our wits end and we need some miracles.. my faith isn't too strong but my families is. please keep us in your prayers

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

My heart goes out to you and your family. A completely senseless tragedy, and then this "trash" starts grabbing
for kids and money.
Do not let time go by. Get an attorney on this ASAP and file for custody and a restraining order. Children brought
up by people like that will suffer immeassurable harm if left in their custody.

I am very sorry to hear this story. Like others have said, sometimes you need to ride the police in order for them to put enough effort into the case to yield anything useful; with so many cases, the ones that are fuzzy sometimes fall through the cracks. Get a good attorney and press hard to prosecute the boyfriend and keep the kids away from the family.
Prayers sent and I hope justice is served. She was a beautiful person and I understand faith is hard during tragedies like these. Keep in mind that God is a rock and there is another entity in this world that influences others. Prayers sent.

The oldest kid probably knows what really happened and are trying to convince him that he didn't see what he really did see. This sounds like the Josh Powell (killed Susan Powell) story and the young kids were starting to talk.

if he is charged then the rights transfer to the maternal grandmother (my sister)
DCFS is involved and contacting the Cali dept of child protective serv and will be making a visit
they said they should have never taken the boy out of state.
