Just discovered doubling on my 1909-O Quarter

Took out the loupe to give this a once over, wondering whether I'd send it in with my submission this week, or leave it as a Dansco centerpiece. It's a nice VF.
Looking for any reason it might not grade, and I noticed the reverse lettering doubled. Can't say it occurs strongly anywhere else to the degree it does on the left side shown in pic.
Common for the old mints?
I've never seen it on any of the 250 or so Barber coins I've owned.
We're all born MS70. I'm about a Fine 15 right now.

So it's MD or true doubling?
But I still like it for scarcity of the issue in general! Just sold the last of the 3 I owned, so now I'm back on the hunt for another....
