Thanks, PCGS!

Last Saturday, I returned a "Mechanical Error" for correction.
The coin was rec'd Monday morning. It was also logged in that morning.

THIS morning, while browsing my grandson's registry proof set, I notice
his set is missing a coin! Huh? Sure enough, the cert number of the
"Mech Error" had been deleted, thus removing the coin.

Further down his set, I then notice an "Add Coin" link that was new to me?
Opening the link, I find the coin in question is now assigned a new cert
number, and is now avail to add to his set.

To use two old Navy terms, I will first say I was "Gobsmacked" to note
PCGS's prompt resolution and second, a hearty "Bravo Zulu," too!
