    Why assume the OP just wanted a flip?

    I guess I'm missing something. I don't see anything that the buyer did wrong. It wasn't what he expected/wanted.

    The seller resents the return. It sucks but it happens.

    If everything else goes smoothly I'd leave him a positive and forgive his attitude. We've all had bad days.
