Thanks for the link on Italian food. Just looking to see if anyone here had any great experiences they could share with Italian places in Baltimore.
  • Considering that there's a Little Italy a couple blocks from the Inner Harbor, I don't think you'll have any problem finding good Italian food. Yelp the places on South High Street from the link I provided.

Anyone know how long (and the best way) to get up to DC to see the Nationals play that weekend from the convention center?
    Joel
  • If you want to see the Washington Nationals play, I suggest you take the train from Baltimore Penn Station to Union Station in DC, then take the RED line subway (metro) SOUTH from Union Station & to the GREEN line Navy Yard/Ball park station. When you exit this station to street level, you are close to the stadium entrance. The train from Balt to DC is probably an hour if not more, since they make lots of stops between Balt & DC. The subway from Union Station to the Ballpark is about 15-20 minutes or so depending on the time of day. On the weekends, the subway runs less frequent trains.

    Hope that helps.
  • I'm planning to go to the National and would like to meet some board members there.
  • A bunch of us are getting together at one of the restaurants at the Inner Harbor after the show. Not sure which night & which restaurant, though.

Don't forget to charge for inscriptions. Many autograph collectors will take liberties here.

Going to be there with my good friend on Tuesday and Wednesday - Phil Regli helping him set up his booth and to do some buying.

He is the best paper (ie magazines, World Series programs and ephemera dealer on the planet, and a SUPER GUY.

My third National 2006 Anaheim, 2011 Chicago now 2012 in Baltimore. I am more than excited.

Here is a link to the Becketts book. If you are a paper collector make sure you visit him. Coming early for the week so might miss some of you
