Silver up so my delaer put out new stock, including $5 JM silver bars.... seriously

So I cleaned him out of all 2, bought for under melt. I calculated melt at $11.83 when I bought them this afternoon. How did I do? I already had one, but don't know much about them or value. I think they are cool?

    You did good based on today's spot. I'm thinking that the dealer confused your bars with the 1 gram bars & based his price accordingly. Anything under 10 grams is just to darn small for my eye sight.image

    I picked up a heavily tarnished one w/o the case last week at 5.50 and I thought I did good.

    Ebay brings 12.50 - 15.00 a piece

    It's all about what the people want...
