One more Roosevelt Dime doubling question?

My last one, honest. I have a 1948 P Roosevelt Dime with a possible DDR and I would appreciate your help.

I don't think this coin is the DDR. Hard to tell for sure from this pic.

I would call it machine doubling... although the picture shows something on the center of the E that almost looks like a split... would need better pictures. Cheers, RickO
