I'm about 1/3rd the way there. At my current rate of posting, I'll be able to choose my title by 2021.

The 'exclusive' club has one thing in common...they all have a common title.....Time to become unique .....not part of the common crowd...image Cheers, RickO

I'm getting closer, maybe only a few days away. Oh Boy!
I guess this quality post gets me one step closer...

Some time not too long ago, I asked about getting a title under my initials, and
I actually heard from someone - the gal who use to handle this sort of request
(Carol) is no longer with PCGS. I guess another person saw my customer service
request and responded. ( I did not bother keeping their name - my bad ).

My email back gave the information they wanted - etc. I had my title chosen,
and expected them to change it in due course. That was about three or four
months ago. I guess there is no one assigned to this task and as a result, no
one is taking care of these requests.

CHOOSE YOUR TITLE very well may be the only title you'll receive.

I have always thought you EARN your title. I am steadily heading towards the 10,000 post mark. As the race between the tortoise and the hare shows, slow and steady wins the race.....I am averaging 1.3 post per year. My goal is to steadily increase my post to at least 5 or so per year. I guess my title could be "King Lurker", "Mr. Infrequent Poster", "Captain Reticent", or No Motto Rick. I'll tell you what, if someone makes a good suggestion for my title, I'll use it. I would think I might not be the only one out there who lurks.

ETA of 10,000 posts would be sometime in 4011 if you ramp up to five posts a year. I figure the forum software will likely still be the same
