    Hi,

    yes. Look at some coins, Morgan $ are easy, in old the small old ANACS white holders. The coins tone from the edges in, often with the same colors and appearance. The paper insert may be th cause IIRC. Slabs are all gas permeable anyway.

    MS64 because of the single obverse spot --without the spot maybe an MS66
