    Noticed that when I was getting gas somewhere in New Jersey between Atlantic City and Philadelphia. If someone can explain the reason why you can't pump your own gas in New Jersey that would be great.

    They claim it's for safety reasons but it's really to provide jobs for some unskilled residents of NJ.

    Im from California and BTW NJ is not the only state where you cant pump your own gas.
