my submission has been put on shipping hold ? why?

the coins are graded but for some reason customer service has said my submission is on shipping hold . anyone ever experience this before ? of course customer service promised to call me back with a reason , well you know that's not going to happen !

After they slabbed it, they found the mint mark rattling around in the bottom of the holder.

Maybe the funds have not cleared yet. For example, if you submitted for a walk-through and paid via check, they need to wait several days for the check to clear. Could be some other reason, but this is one reason it could happen.

It is most likely something to do with the money owed as mentioned above. Was there a update on the credit card on file?

Uh oh... just think of all that may have gone wrong, lost item, damaged when it fell off the packing table, coffee spilled on them etc etc etc... Just messin' with ya... Cheers, RickO

i'm hopeing they graded seveal of them top pop coins and they need extra insurance money for shipping ? lol !!
