Spotting on proof coins in slabs??

Has anyone noticed gold copper spots and silver milk spots showing up after being graded? I am assuming PCGS does not use spray can air to blow coins prior to slabbing?

Interesting. I had the spots show up on a 2011 MS70 eagle...Panda...and a Pobjoy Mint proof silver. So a variety of mints. Almost looks like something is sprayed across the surface only to spot at a later time.

Maybe the US and Canada need to call the Perth Mint. They don't have this issue.

Coins from Canada are the worse. Huge Milk Spots.................ouch
