New Mint Survey

I got a letter in today's mail, dated 2/10/12, to take a research survey. The questions were about my satisfaction with quality issues. They also asked how they could improve.
Did anybody else get this letter?

PLEASE REMEMBER TO SCREAM ABOUT THE MILKSPOTS!!!!! Tell them you're done buying ASE's and all .999 silver from the US Mint until the issue is resolved.
Hopefully I'll receive the survey too
Milk spots have never been a problem for me. I guess I've been lucky so far, or maybe it's because I've only been collecting ASE's since 2006 and they haven't just appeared.
It was heavily focused on "my last purchase" from The Mint (a 5 oz ATB).
It also asked a lot about packaging. I went into a lot of detail about inadequate packaging, the need to prevent coins from coming out of the capsules, loose capsules, better padding of the capsules in the boxes and better packing of the products themselves in the shipping box.
I SO wish that I was able to take the ASE survey but I didn't get that one.

I very much wanted to mention them, but there was no appropriate place to do so.
I probably should have just discussed them where I could enter text, even if QC is not what they were asking about.
Anyone who has not already taken it but is invited to do so PLEASE mention them. Kicking myself because I did not.
It was not very much oriented to product quality issues.
I've pasted the email about the survey below:
Dear,
We recently sent you an invitation to participate in a brief survey
we are conducting on behalf of the United States Mint to identify how
they can improve their products and services. The survey is entirely
voluntary and takes about 5-10 minutes to complete. We wanted to let
you know that the survey will remain open until February 21st, in
case you would still like to respond.
You can get to the survey....
