And this is just plain silly. Based on that claim, if you found a coin dealer on eBay, you couldn't buy a coin from him if you specifically looked for him at a coin show because you know from his eBay listings that he has coins you like.
I've done private sales for this exact situation. I always list the description as private with the buyers name. The only problem I've ever had, once the turd didnt pay for the auction.

unenforceable, they have no way of knowing. Ebay doesn't allow email addresses in listings for this reason, but for now they do allow phone numbers.
