What is it that you are looking for? Looks to be a soft strike you can see it on the "E" "D" and "S" hard to tell by the pic. What year is it?

Ir's a 1982. I was looking at the Lettering in the word America. They seem to be oddly struck. Here is the front. Is there doubling on the date ?

Just the nature of these coins.
The mint was not exactly on top of their game during the 80's, 90's, and early 2000's.

Yes there is a DDO in this year but in the Lg date if you look at the "8" both top and bottom will look the same that is a Lg date on the Sm date the top is smaller then the bottom. Your coin looks to be the Lg date. But I cant see any thing going on with it.

There seems to be a split in the nine at the top. and also the top of the two.
