1992 D SHINY YELLOW penny

Heyall... Okay, so this is probably the coolest thing I have found in my sorting some rolls of pennies.
It is mirror-like and very YELLOW. Hard to tell from the obverse scan but easier from the reverse. The rims are also all yellow.
So what is it? Plating error? Science experiement? What say you? Cheers,
