These arrived today from an ebay seller. They're going into my "Bought for Spot" registry. I did have to pay a bit over spot however.

    Went to my guy today to clean out his libertads. Sign on the door read:

    "Coin guy Don is having heart surgery and hopes to be back by March."

    There goes my local crack fix for today. might have to scout some pawn action, or buy a new gun. Sigh. Hope everything goes well.

    ummm image I sold into the rising tide this week to lock in some profits. I will be buying on a dip in Silver of at least 3% from todays close.

    Last week, I got $55 in proof 90%. This week, not so much. Only 2 quarters for my dansco.

    Picked up some two weeks ago I didn't photo or show (including a roll of Philharmonics, a 5oz Sunshine Bar and 10 -1 oz JM's from Nibbany) but this just came today and so is still home on my desk ... a purchase from last weekend I found on the 'bay for 175. delivered

    I added a roll of 1964 Kennedy halves from the Long Beach show. I went along with a non-coin friend, who wanted $40 in face value. Paid 23x face and and also managed to find one roll of quarters at 22x face. Many more dealers were offering at 25x face, which is typical for the big show with the high table fees. Some were even a bit higher.

    My buddy was influenced by his son-in-law's hefty precious metal purchases. Not sure if it means anything in terms of the sentiment of the crowd. I would classify my buddy as financially conservative, and pretty smart as far as his investments, certainly more in the smart money class than dumb money. I have not met the son-in-law.

    Old dealer's stock.
    23 Morgans at $25 per.
    My wife bought the deal including one in a 2X2 that was priced at $125 which she paid 20% back. She said all were AU or better.
    I think see made a score. Told her to bring back her bragging coin for show & tell.
    Can't wait. She's a better buyer than most I know.
    The most money I made are on coins I haven't sold.

    Although that .50 seated lib is rough Meltdown, I like it image I guess I'm just a sucker for any coin with a CC on it lol.
