My first Silver!!!

WaltWalt Posts: 1,275 ✭✭✭
I've been swinging for a little over a year now, mostly took last year off, but hit a park today. I knew it was going to be a good day when the first swing I take I nail
a quarter. I hit my first silver coin also, a decent shape 1954-D Rosie. Funny because last night I was on another message board reading about some guy who could
never hit any silver dimes.

Hit a few quarters, dimes, pennies, and a big iron weight. A good day!

When I dug my first silver coin, and it was a Rosie, I had this white thing pop out of the ground. It took a bit to realize what I had. Now I like those white things to pop out of the ground more often.

Hit my first wheatie a few days ago also, 1941. I am hitting an old house site now, house is gone but it was built in 22. Lots of trash but Im expecting
something big. I might be buying an AT Pro soon too, I think that will help.
