No it's a Good-4. There is a little wear in to the top of the letters on the reverse, but the obverse is strong enough to carry it.

You expect to have defects on a coin in Good, especially a gold coin in Good because the metal is so soft.

Some minor defects yes. But this coin has quite a few of them. Large digs near the date, numerous marks in prime focal areas across the eagle, other more minor ones on the obverse. I'd let all the small marks in the fields pass, but these more major ones combined should count against the grade.
Looks like they agreed with me ATS.
It has a pleasing somewhat crusty look to it.
