a damaged planchet before being struck? PMD? this was part of a sealed box submission, loose coin in box? what caused this???

    Looks like a strike thru to me.
    I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

    struck through what? grease? i`ve seen many struck through grease, wire, thread and i remember madmarty`s "brillo pad" quarter. what is this one? i also found this one with a similar effect.

    Just classify it as "struck through debris" in other words something that should have not been allowed in the die chamber.
