Poor return packaging from PCGS...

I just recieved my 25th anniversary box back from PCGS and found it horribly packed. The box sleve was all dented thanks to this shipping. Has anyone else had this problem? I normally do not complain but I had to pay an EXTRA $20 to have this returned to me. Just wondering if I'm the only one this has happened to?

Not disputing what you experienced but I have seen the Post Office mangle more than one
shipment. You can only pack those up so many ways and must rely on the PO to do their part.

Bob- wish I could say that it was a USPS problem but in fact the mint box was placed in a HUGE box with not enough packing insulation so when it arrived here it was flopping around inside the big box...

My 5 were returned prior to the implementation of the $20 fee and were returned in the original mint shipping box I has shipped them to PCGS in.

No problems at all other than the hernia from picking up that heavy box!
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

Nope..never had that problem. If anything, the packaging is overprotected.

If you would have paid ten dollars more , you could have gotten TRU VIEW photos image Another $20 and they could slab them boxes. Sorry for the misfortune. I've been fortunate with PCGS. One time they graded my MS 66 WIDE AM Lincoln cent properly but they left out the "WIDE AM". Nobody wants to buy it without that label. So I took my sharpie out and proceeded to write "WIDE AM". I have pictures. image It's gonna be okay.

You painted a funny picture in my mind. Thanks for the morning laugh.
