It is not a 1969 PhotoStamp... at least not like any I have seen. They should be a lot smaller.

I'm not at all familiar with these stamps, but based upon the OPs past threads I'm going to guess that it is a 1970 stamp and NOT a 1969. C'mon Swartz ... let us know the problem!!!!!

I've had numerous mistakes returned lately. Some Jay Pubs flagged as picture packs, etc. I've now started to list spec numbers next to the cards that I send in that I could forsee coming back in error.

Just had to send back on my dime for "mechanical error" correction.

Technical error happen from time-to-time. Ease up. They aren't that common.

    Not a "technical error"

the photostamp is cut way too short / small both directions...

should be dashes on the inside reverse...

not difficult to get correct, just frustrating when it happens this often...

if this thread is seen and helps correct the "problem"...

    then much has been accomplished...

Just call PSA and tell them you want a voucher for the shipping cost.

You may have to mail them the po receipt. It really depends on what kind of mood the customer service rep is in on the phone.

Actually, they are very common and happen way too much. This has always been a problem with PSA.

I just sent back 10 errors last week and only have 30 more to go.

I only wish they made these type of mistakes rather than completely undergrading some of the valuable cards I sent in awhile back, Im still infuriated about one card that I sent in twice and got a 7 got fed up and sold the card and the buyer then cracked it and got its due 8 image
