MS70 Slab Abnormality?

Can anyone tell me what is going on along the rim of this 2006-W MS70 ASE? It appears to be an abnormality in the holder.
Perhaps its nothing to be worried about? I bought a stack of these and this is the only one with the condition.

Yup. They use a soft rubber like material that sometimes has irregularities that overlaps the rim. Nothing to worry about.

Except the gaskets are soft rubber and flashing is generally on the midline. I think this is slight extrusion, somewhat common on PCGS slabs and not a problem.

Whoever invented the term "quality control" should receive an award. They invented a buzzword that gives every layman the feeling that everything will always be perfect if you've got "quality control".

These polyurethane gaskets are injection molded instead of extruded. Flashing happens at the molds parting line which for this design would be located exactly as seen in the picture.
