General question for the masses.......

A bit of explanation. Arthritis has me crippled for swinging but my heart and mind do not
believe that it can take over. Need to lighten up!

I'm looking for a nugget shooter that is light weight. I currently own a Whites V-Sat and can
no longer swing it for more than a hour or so. There has to be someone here who's done some
digging (no pun intended) into the weight of those available. Any help?
Thanks,

Have you tried the various slings available?? They make the MD almost weightless.... sure worth a try .... of course, I am not familiar with your particular arthritis affliction... Cheers, RickO

No, I have not researched slings. Sounds great and do you have suggestions as to where to look?
I've been doing some research on weight and for those that want to know the Fisher Gold Bug Special
Edition comes in the lightest. I think it would be a good nugget shooter as it's frequency is 16khz which
is not the deepest searcher but will find some pretty small stuff.

Check a couple of the MD forums... i.e. Findmall, metaldetectingforum etc... search for slings.. lots of comments there. Also, check White's or Garrett's sites.. I believe they have slings as well. Cheers, RickO
