Can any one tell me what Washington DDO this is?

Out picking today and found this one I cant find it but looks DDO to me.Will any one give me a hand in this one. Thanks in advance Type2.

New guide is showing 6 different things with the 43 s would love to see a close up of the s. It looks like its very strong doubling Obverse in the motto and the date. coneca ddo-001 fs-251943s-101 Does the designers intials look doubled? The designers intials are not doubled and the mint mark is a normal Lg "S" mint mark. I cant find this DDO any where.
