Might keep you busy for all of 2 minutes, but I thought it interesting anyways.

Anyone else know of coins being 'cut up' as puzzles?

I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

With a little patience and a jewelers saw you could probably make your own.

Yes, there is a fellow (name escapes me right now) who does this.. and has for years. It has evolved into a business for him. I communicated with him, via email, a few times. I will have to check my records... he is teaching his son to do this as well. Yes, he will take orders.

I had a Peace Dollar some time ago. It was more like 15 pieces or so. It took a little more effort.
The blade to cut these guys is quite thin. Takes quite a bit of patience and SKILL.....

I never knew they carried a premium. I know someone with a water saw that can do a .<020 kerf on 2mm copper. Guess spend a little time in Sketchup and come up with a file or two. I've tried using a .060mm mill in my machine but with no luck.
Need something designed and 3D printed?

Beat me to it, Ricko... JB is a nice guy. No puzzles. But I bought several different "coin cut" designs from him, to give as golf ball markers at Christmas.
Of the ones I chose, the Sac dollar was the coolest...

I'm thinking that one of Daniel's Denver Pax dollars would make a super puzzle!
